The Countess can be run repeatedly to gather some runes. Then continue to farm her as needed in normal to nightmare mode to create your first runewords (very powerful weapons/armor > list in #10)-Countess Rune Drops: (Always kill on /players1) Normal: Diablo 2 Resurrected Rune is a kind of essential item. The Countess also has a chance to drop the Key of Terror, which is required for the Pandemonium Event. Kill her and repeat this process! You should totally farm The Countess in Diablo 2 Resurrected because of the valuable drops that she provides high level Runes that will really come in handy.
